🚨 Device Lost or Stolen

1️⃣ RIGHT NOW

  1. 1. Try to locate it: Go to icloud.com/find (iPhone) or android.com/find (Android)
  2. 2. Mark as Lost (if you can locate it) — don't wipe it yet, you'll lose tracking
  3. 3. Call your IT/Security Lead: Report it immediately (see Emergency Contacts above)

🔓 Account Hacked

1️⃣ RIGHT NOW

  1. 1. Can you still log in? If YES: Change password immediately. If NO: Use "Forgot Password" to recover
  2. 2. Check recovery email/phone — make sure hacker didn't change them
  3. 3. If completely locked out: Contact platform support immediately (Gmail: support.google.com, Facebook: facebook.com/hacked)

🎣 Clicked Something Bad

1️⃣ RIGHT NOW

  1. 1. Disconnect from internet: Turn off WiFi or unplug ethernet cable
  2. 2. Don't shut down — malware might execute on shutdown
  3. 3. Take a screenshot or photo of the suspicious email/link

  1. 1. Trust your instincts — if something feels off, investigate
  2. 2. Take screenshots of suspicious activity
  3. 3. Contact IT/Security Lead — better to report a false alarm than miss a real threat
